the basics are below:-
No running :-)
Throw-in's are taken by passing the ball into play like a free kick
No heading the ball
No tackling from the Side or Behind
If the ball goes above the height of the cross bar of the goals, a free kick is given from where the player kicked the ball
ALL free kicks are indirect (you can't score from a free kick, you have to pass to a player first)
If a player falls over for any reason (either a foul or loses balance), play stops until the player can get back to their feet
A goalkeeper is the only player allowed in the defined goal area
A goalkeeper may not leave his goal area during play
If a goalkeeper makes a save and the ball from the save moves above crossbar height, the ball goes back to the keeper
When the keeper passes the ball to a player, the player can then not pass the ball directly back to the keeper (it must be passed to another player before it can go back to the keeper)
Outfield players on both teams are not allowed to enter either goal area
No sliding tackles
A player on the ground may not play the ball
